On back: "In the never ending battle to protect the lives of patients, Franklin Hospital has opened the Bay Area's first fully equipped surgical recovery room. Located near the surgery the four-bed room permits patients to recover from their anaesthetics under the supervision of a trained anaesthetist who has access to all types of emergency equipment and can quickly re-admit the patient to surgery should that prove necessary.
