Newscopy: "Pickets assembled in front of the Bethlehem plant in San Francisco today were headed by Harry Hook, designated by arrow, and E. F. Dillon, business agents of AFL Machinists' Union, Local 68. Only from 100 to 150 workers affiliated with Bay Cities Metal Trades Council heeded the organization's call to return to work today, but council officials said they expected more tomorrow. The pickets did not boo or shout at those passing the lines, and there was no violence."
