Newscopy: "Royal welcome is given by S. F. fireboat and other Bay craft with fountains of water to the arriving 230-bed hospital ship Hope today from a Seattle shipyard. The ship will be a floating medical training center, which is part of the 'People-to-People' program. It is destined to leave here late next month for Indonesia and Viet Nam. Its mission is to carry modern medical knowledge overseas. In foreground is an outbound submarine."
