Written on back: "WORKERS MARCH TO SAVE THE OPA--San Francisco, Calif.-Part of the 10,000 persons, mostly workers, led by AFL and CIO Union members who marched in today's 'Save the OPA' parade along Market street, shown as they passed Powell, carrying banners and placards bearing such legends as, 'If OPA stops, your income drops' and 'Protect your war bonds-save OPA'.
