Rau (center), Commanding Officer of the Presidio of San Francisco, one of the several competitive events scheduled for the first Annual Explorer Bivouac, sponsored by the S.F. Boy Scout Council, May 30-June 1. Approximately 300 Explorers and leaders will attend the Bivouac and participate in a program of sports, recreation and social activities. Awards will be presented on Sunday, June 1, to Posts with qualifying scores in 20 different required and optional events."
