Odell, President of Foster and Kleiser and former Chamber officer, hold the design of a painted bulletin recently contributed by the outdoor advertising firm in support of the Chamber's membership drive. The painted bulletin measures 16 x 55 feet and is located on Fourth Street, adjacent to the Bay Bridge approach. Effective circulation of the location is 42,700 persons daily."
