Many Marin City residents plan a protest at the supervisors' meeting in San Rafael Tuesday over being offered houses on phone poles in a $1,750,000 redevelopment project. Supervisor Pete Behr put the problem on the agenda Sunday after taking a look at a model house in Marin. He talked with a dozen prospective buyers, eligible to bid on the housing because of their previous residence in the old wartime project."
