Below is the tieup on Mission st., looking West toward Sixth st. At right, a driver seeking to cut in a line waiting for stall space in the Fifth and Mission garage finds his path barred by a traffic policeman. For children, with a day's vacation from school, the goal was Santa Claus - for mothers, the holiday displays.".
