Newscopy: THE SURPLUS RESERVOIR ON RUSSIAN HILL was visited yesterday by Major League athletes (left to right) Nini Tornay, Dario Lodigiani and Fred Scolari. The men had a group of North Beach Little Leaguers with them to look over the site where Chicago developer Herbert Greenwald wants to erect two 20-story apartment buildings. According to North Beach citizens this surplus property is the last place left in the city for a recreation park, and they want it preserved for their kids.
