Newscopy: THE FIRST boxing right constructed at Candlestick Park was ready and ringside chairs and lights to be tested Monday in preparation for the Gene Fullmer-Dick Tiger WBA middleweight title bout Tuesday night. Promoters claimed a unique title bout setup, in that bleacher seats, pictured in the rear, were not to be used and that lower-priced reserved seats would bring customers underneath the decked stands and out of the "cold."
