Newscopy: Kathleen Tate, Washington Census Bureau employee, displays one of 225,000 portfolios which are being distributed to 500 district offices, including San Francisco, in preparation for the 17th decennial census of the U. S. to begin April 1. The portfolio contains all the essential forms for the individual enumerator's in taking a census for the particular area assigned to him.
