SFP 22 Willard E. Worden Glass Plate Negative Collection. Circa 1912. San Francisco landmark #213 in Ingleside Terraces, designated by San Francisco Board of Supervisors on May 2, 2000. Joseph A. Leonard designed and constucted the large Craftsman-style home at 90 Cedro Avenue in 1911 and lived in it until 1920; In 1957, Cecil F. Poole, an African-American, became the first non-caucasian owner and resident in Ingleside Terraces. Mr. Poole and his family stayed in the Terraces until early 1980s. See SFP22-0125. See SFP22-0110.
